The French 11 students tried a variety of French foods this year. They made a very sweet dessert called pouding chomeur (unemployment pudding). They tried some French cheeses: Brie and Roquefort (blue cheese). And while they were working from home in April, they made a Parisian bistro classic, Croque-Monsieur or Croque-Madame, which are a variation on grilled cheese.
